Everything you need to know before you go.

Your care extends well beyond the operating room. These resources help you arrive prepared, feel confident throughout, and heal fully when you get home.

  • Passport & Travel Documents — Bring a valid passport. If unavailable, bring a driver’s license and birth certificate. If your name differs between documents, include your marriage certificate. Your coordinator will confirm exactly what to bring.
  • Transportation Arrangements — Submit your Transportation Form before your trip. Your TreVita Concierge will coordinate private, door-to-door transport from your hotel directly to the surgical center — no logistics on your end.
  • Payment & Invoice — Final payment is due at least 14 days before your scheduled procedure. Review your invoice for complete details. Your coordinator is available to walk you through any questions.
  • Bank & Phone Notifications — Contact your bank and mobile carrier before traveling to Baja California, Mexico. This ensures uninterrupted access to your accounts and phone service throughout your stay.
  • Bringing a Companion — Your companion can stay with you at the hotel and hospital at no charge (bariatric clients). Additional companions may incur hotel and transportation fees — contact your coordinator to plan ahead.
  • Pre-Arrival Video Call — Your TreVita Concierge will schedule a video call 7 days before your procedure to review every detail, answer your questions, and make sure you feel ready and reassured.
